About ATBFT

What the heck is this?

A Tea Bag For Thought (ATBFT) was started in Summer of 2009 as a project to bring quality entertainment to the internet. Though we enjoy producing primarily comedy sketches, we like to dab our feet in other areas as well.

Background

The staff of ATBFT is made up of many contributors, but the head staff for now were all friends form high school. We grew up in Vancouver, BC and presently reside there. Our interests have always been to entertain (usually through video). Whenever there was the option to create a video for a class project, we’d get together and brainstorm something wacky and fun and bring our grades back up to passing.

Why are we doing this?

Entertainment. Not just for you, but also for us. We love to make people feel entertained. Sure, television and cinema are other pursuable passions, but also a stepping-stone process. We’ll be fifty years old before we can be bringing you what we are now. So I guess you could say we are an alternative to television.

Future

The future is very difficult to see at this point. We all have personal lives and careers to pursue as well. I have my views on what I hope this will become and I’m sure everyone else has there’s, so I’m going to leave that for you to decide. If you have any suggestions or comments, please contact us.
